Custom Orders
We do offer customizations to our products, as we know how special it can be to have some made just for you or for a special someone. Such orders do take time to complete for several reasons. If there is a product listed in the Catalog that you wish to have altered, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase. Failure to send us customizations will result in the original product being shipped instead.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do our best to help ensure that the products made are as close as possible to what is shown in the photographs. Keep in mind, that all of our products are handmade and may have slight variations between what is shown on the photographs and what you receive. Refund requests will be denied for variations that are regarding to color, scent**, weight, and height. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, reach out to the postal carrier to dispute, as we are not responsible for what occurs during transit. We will have photographs on hand of the product condition pre-packaging, as well as pre-shipped.
If there is a very clear discrepancy of receiving the wrong item, please reach out to us. Should an exchange request be processed, the item must be sent back and received in the same condition as it was shipped.
